Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Harper Burton. This policy applies to pre-orders and any other purchase that is paid for now and fulfilled at a later date. Because we sell both digital and physical products, the cancellation window differs by format.

Digital Pre-Orders

Digital pre-orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled release date. To request a cancellation, please email hello@thistledownheightspublishing.com with your order number at least 48 hours before release, and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before release cannot be processed, as delivery is already in motion. Once the delivery email has been sent, the pre-order is considered fulfilled and our standard Return and Refund Policy applies. All digital product sales are final once delivered.

Paperback Pre-Orders

Paperback pre-orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled release date. To request a cancellation, please email hello@thistledownheightspublishing.com with your order number at least 48 hours before release, and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before release cannot be processed, as orders are already being prepared for our print partner. Because each paperback is custom printed at the time of order, cancellation is no longer possible once printing has begun. If your book arrives damaged or defective, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.
