Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Harper Burton. Because we sell both digital and physical products, the return policy differs by format.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Once delivered, digital items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. If you experience a technical issue downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@thistledownheightspublishing.com and we will make sure you receive your file.

Physical Products

Paperback books are printed on demand and shipped by our print partner. Because each book is custom printed at the time of order, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thistledownheightspublishing.com with clear photos of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement with our print partner at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, sale items, and any personalized or signed items cannot be returned.
