Digital Products (Ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered instantly after purchase via BookFunnel. You will receive a delivery email from BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

Physical Products (Paperback Books)

Paperback books are printed on demand and shipped by our print partner. Print time is typically 3 to 5 business days. After printing, books are shipped immediately.

Average shipping times after printing:

United States: 5 to 7 business days International: 7 to 28 business days depending on location

These are estimated shipping times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

General

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for delivery to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.
